Superman Returns: the Videogame is founded on the movie, but do not hope for a scene by scene of the epic film. You will begin your journey In Metropolis with a few tutorials to get you on your way within the game. Jor-El narrates you through the basic movents within the game from flying, increased speed and your attacking abilities. As the game and story progresses Jor-El consistently relates to the player how to control new founded abilities. Heat vision, super breath and freeze breath are the most important types of assault on your enemies, all of which are mapped to the D-pad. Melee attacks unlock as you gain experience throughout the game similar to his heat vision etc. |

As you would assume, flying is your easiest and quickest way to get to missions and trouble areas on the map. With increased speed as the game unfolds this becomes quicker still. Superman
becomes an disaster when using combat abilities on the ground. Superman turns into a character that is hard to control, when compared to that of the air. Ground-based combat
relies on Superman’s physical strength, more then his other powers. |

For those of our members that have experienced the free download from the marketplace will know that the foundation of the game play of this Superman returns is not bad at all.
The flying system that this game utilises is quick and easy to use, making travel fast between objectives. The aiming method designed in the game does its job, even making the
game a little too easy for those of us that are used to point and shoot games. The special powers appear to be in line with the Superman’s historic past. |

The broad development of Superman Returns is respectable. There are plenty of upgrades to powers and abilities that a user can take advantage of, making the game interesting
until the end. There are some exciting moments to be played during this Superman adventure. I recommend it to all comic lovers young or old. |
